Booking for  1 x 1 hour coaching session with Sema, as part of a 6 session package.  This first session can be bought as an individual session and the remaining 5 sessions will be bought as a package, with payment plans available.

You will receive 6 sessions, spaced 3-4 weeks apart and we will work on you achieving the goal that you set yourself in Session 1.  Together we will set actions for you to complete and I will provide guidance, encouragement and challenge throughout the process.  Further sessions can be bought individually as required by arrangement.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email or call to schedule an appointment (unless this has already been agreed in advance).
