A three-month subscription is a happy middle-ground between the 5-session bundle, which is ideal for short-term or very specific goals, and the 6-month subscription, which is preferred by folks working to establish a recovery lifestyle or work through longer-term goals and challenges. We will develop recovery goals and for both the short- and long-terms. As with all one-on-one packages, we may also develop a tailored self-care plan, and make adjustments over the three-month commitment as goals are achieved and your self-care needs adjust naturally.
