Yoga practice has been my refuge through the greatest (and hardest) moments of my life. I started taking classes to supplement ballet technique in high school, and later I learned how to breathe through anxiety, panic attacks, and even the births of my daughters.
Now I support new and experienced yoga students in building their yoga practices around what they need, in body, mind, and soul.

- GENTLE FLOW with YIN YOGA. This low-to-the-ground class explores gentle movement and elongated stillness in the body to create balance in mind, body, heart, and soul. Ideal for students who crave stillness.
- MINDFUL MOVEMENT with FLOW: Build whole-body strength and fluidity of movement in this class that combines yoga postures & sequences with dance technique. Ideal for students with some experience.

About The Teacher
ALYCIA BUENGER has been teaching slow flow and yin yoga, mindful movement, and accessible meditation classes since 2015. She opened the first-ever yoga studio in her hometown and later co-founded a virtual yoga studio and community for womxn and mothers in 2020. Now, she teaches private yoga sessions for beginning students and long-time practitioners throughout Northwest Ohio and online.

What's your availability? When can we start?
General availability: Mondays, 4PM-8PM and Thursdays, 9AM-7PM (Eastern Standard Time). I can give you additional availability with advance notice.

Where will we have classes?
We can meet in-person (within Northwest Ohio) or virtually (via Zoom). I can teach class within your home, if you have space, or we can meet at a studio close to you.
Once you book your session, you will receive an intake form that requests your preference.

What props do I need on-hand? (Do you provide these?)
You will need to have or purchase: a yoga mat, a yoga strap, a blanket, and 2 yoga blocks. (You might also want a yoga bolster.)
I do not provide props for two reasons: (1) it's more sanitary to use your own items, and (2) I encourage you to continue your yoga practice at home. You'll need these items for private sessions and home practice.
