What to Expect


This package includes:

DiSC Behavior Profile: describes how you behave and communicate in various environments. (Includes career insights for job seekers.)

12 Driving Forces Profile: examines the internal drivers and values that motivate you, guiding your actions and decisions.

Emotional Intelligence Profile: explore how deep and where your self-awareness lies, and where blind spots may exist.

Option to add on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessment and profile ($100 more): measures your ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions.

Meeting 1 (120 minutes): Debrief each assessment, with the goal to extract the language and insights that describe you and your strengths, recognize where overused strengths may manifest as threats - to yourself and others, and create an action plan capitalizing on the opportunities identified.

Meeting 2 (60 minutes): Accountability check-in to see how your experiments are going and determine where can we add, subtract, or adjust for optimal results.

This comprehensive approach provides a more robust picture of an individual than a single-dimensional assessment, leading to more accurate and actionable insights for individuals.

For new managers - recognize how you show up, how your team and colleagues may perceive you, and how you can identify various styles in the room or in one-on-one meetings.
