Holistic Grief Coaching + Rahanni Integration
Sometimes healing begins with conversation. Sometimes it continues in stillness. This unique session combines one hour of one-to-one Holistic Grief Coaching with 30 minutes of Rahanni Celestial Healing, creating a compassionate, whole-person approach that honours your mind, body, and spirit.

Together, we'll gently explore your grief experience, identify what feels most important in the moment, and then transition into a peaceful Rahanni session, allowing your body and nervous system time to rest, integrate, and receive.

What is a Holistic Grief Coaching + Rahanni Integration Session?
This 90-minute session combines two complementary approaches. We begin with a 60-minute Holistic Grief Coaching session, where you'll have the opportunity to share your story, process your emotions, and receive compassionate support. We then transition into a 30-minute Rahanni Celestial Healing session, offering time to rest, restore, and gently integrate what emerged during our conversation.

Why combine Holistic Grief coaching with Rahanni?
Grief affects far more than our thoughts. It can leave us emotionally exhausted, physically drained, mentally overwhelmed, and feeling disconnected from ourselves. Talking is an important part of healing. Rest is equally important. By combining compassionate conversation with Rahanni, we create space for both.

What happens during the Holistic Grief Coaching portion?
Our coaching session is tailored to your unique experience.Together, we may explore:
  • Your grief story
  • Current challenges
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Coping strategies
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Therapeutic art or reflective exercises (when appropriate)
  • Gentle next steps

Every session is different because every person's grief is unique.

Why end with Rahanni?
After meaningful conversation, many people notice they still carry emotion within their bodies. Rahanni offers a gentle transition from talking to simply being. It provides an opportunity to slow down, rest, and allow your mind and body time to settle before returning to your day.

Do I have to talk during the Rahanni session?
No. Once we begin the Rahanni portion of the session, there is nothing you need to do except relax and receive. Many clients appreciate having this quiet time after coaching.

Will Rahanni take my grief away?
Grief is a natural expression of love, and there is no technique or modality that can make it disappear. While Rahanni is not intended to remove grief, many people find that it offers a gentle pause from its emotional intensity. A session may help you feel calmer, more emotionally balanced, and deeply rested, creating space to simply breathe, receive, and care for yourself as you continue your grief journey. Rather than changing your grief, Rahanni can gently support you as you learn to carry it with greater compassion and ease.

Who is this session for?
This integrated session may be especially supportive if you are:
  • Grieving the death of someone you love
  • Experiencing anticipatory grief
  • Navigating a significant life transition
  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed

  • Looking for a holistic approach that supports both emotional and physical wellbeing

A Gentle Invitation
There are times when words are exactly what we need. There are also times when we've said enough for one day. This integrated session honours both.
Together, we'll create space to talk, reflect, rest, and receive compassionate support in whatever way feels right for you. If this approach resonates with you, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
