Welcome. I am a multidisciplinary, trauma-trained shamanic practitioner, spiritual intuitive, and somatic embodiment guide, initiated in the Shipibo-Conibo curanderismo tradition.

I offer integrative, holistic guidance that unwinds outdated survival patterns, adaptations, and social masks by supporting you in getting to “the thing underneath the thing:” The stored stress, memory and material that awaits liberation. My practice incorporates somatic unwinding and trauma resolution, parts work (IFS), inner-child and reparenting practices, energy reading, mediumship, shamanic energy cleansing and reordering. This work supports the expansion of capacity so that you may come alive and be fueled by your life-force, live in integrity to your soul’s design, and rest deeply into your seat of Truth. 

I braid together body-based unwinding with energetic and psycho-spiritual attunement. Each session follows what is most alive and present, guided by your innate intelligence and soul blueprint, while honoring the pace and rhythms of your unique nervous system.

I am devoted to bridging the practical and the spiritual—the grounded and the cosmic—to support you in deeply knowing yourself. This work is an invitation into embodied authenticity, fuller expression, and the reclamation of your inherent gifts.
