Tap into your passions and interests. Build a “flow menu” of activities that help you recharge and experience joy. - Session 11 – Purpose & Meaning
Clarify your core values and align them with your goals, career, and personal life. Create your own “life compass.” - Session 12 – Long-Term Resilience & Celebration
Pull everything together. Build a personalised sustainability plan for energy, advocacy, and joy. Celebrate how far you’ve come.
