  • Session 2 – Energy & Burnout
    Map your personal energy rhythms, recognise signs of ND exhaustion, and create recovery strategies that prevent burnout.
  • Session 3 – Executive Function Your Way
    Discover practical tools for planning, focus, and organisation — tailored to your unique brain. Build a flexible weekly rhythm that supports you.
  • Session 4 – Emotional Well-being Basics
    Learn strategies for emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, and overwhelm. Create your own personalised “calm toolkit.”

🌿 Growth (Sessions 5–8)
Apply what you’ve learned to your relationships, communication, and career. Develop confidence in self-advocacy.

  • Session 6 – Relationships that Work
    Explore what supportive relationships look like for you. Learn strategies for managing conflict and building healthier connections.
  • Session 7 – Advocacy & Work/Education
    Get practical about accommodations at work or school. Build confidence through self-advocacy scripts and role-play scenarios.
  • Session 8 – Life Transitions & Change
    Create a personalised action plan for navigating changes — from new jobs to shifting environments — with less stress.

🌸 Thriving (Sessions 9–12)
Move beyond coping — discover your strengths, find purpose, and create a life that feels energising and authentic.
  • Session 9 – Strengths in Action
    Identify your top strengths and explore how to apply them daily for more confidence and motivation.
  • Session 10 – Creativity & Flow
    Tap into your passions and interests. Build a “flow menu” of activities that help you recharge and experience joy.
  • Session 11 – Purpose & Meaning
    Clarify your core values and align them with your goals, career, and personal life. Create your own “life compass.”
  • Session 12 – Long-Term Resilience & Celebration
    Pull everything together. Build a personalised sustainability plan for energy, advocacy, and joy. Celebrate how far you’ve come.
👉 Outcome: You’ll leave with a clear sense of identity, a toolkit of strategies, and a roadmap for living authentically and joyfully.
