What is the Effective Communication coaching package?
The Effective Communication coaching package is were we meet by Zoom for 6 sessions, twice a month for 3 months, to understand the area(s) where your communication needs improvement, and to develop a plan for you to implement, with actionable steps, to improve how you communicate with your partner, family members, friends, subordinates, colleagues, and business associates. We'll work on active listening, nonverbal communication, emotional management, and using your filter to minimize confusion and to reduce conflict, which will build trust and exercise leadership in your personal and professional relationships.

You'll leave the sessions feeling supported with the tools needed to put into practice better communication skills. Each session we'll reflect on your progress, re-evaluate our approach as necessary, and help you move forward with confidence in reaching your communication goals.
