- If a holiday falls during your block, your remaining sessions simply continue at the next available class

WHAT TO BRING
Just bring yourself, water, a mat, comfy and warm clothes. Amelia has a few mats if needed. Bring a blanket for relaxation.
ABOUT AMELIA
Amelia has been teaching children and families since 2013.
Amelia has trained with Yogakidz in Childrens, Toddlers and Parent and Baby Yoga. She has also completed a Mindfulness, Meditation, Movement and Relaxation course with Yoga Kidz.
Yoga Satsanga ashram teaches yoga from the Gitananda Yoga Lineage.
She is currently furthering her personal practice in the Gitananda Tradition with The Yogic Breath and Dr Ananda, a two year course (200 hours Yoga teacher training) that studies the 120 Pranayamas written down by Yogamaharishi Dr Swami Gitananda Giri.
