A place to pause, orient, and listen — offering clarity to help you find your footing so the next step becomes visible. We begin with where you are and sense what is calling you toward a journey, what feels unclear, and what your bodymind needs in order to move forward

Before your session You will receive a short pre-session questionnaire to orient our time together — what is stirring, what feels unclear, and what your bodymind needs right now. No preparation required beyond arriving as you are.
During your session We open with a brief grounding practice to settle your nervous system and bring you into the present. From there we move into sensing together — what journey is calling you, what feels uncertain, and what your bodymind needs in order to move forward with ease. We follow the thread of what is already beginning to emerge rather than imposing a direction from the outside.
This is not a planning session. It is a listening session. By the end you will have a clearer sense of your next right step — not the whole map, just the next step.
After your session You will receive a short set of reflection prompts to carry the clarity forward and continue listening between now and your next move.
