What is async coaching?
Async coaching means we don’t meet live, but we’re still in conversation. You’ll receive your material via your client portal. 

As you work through the material, we'll communicate via WhatsApp/SMS (text or voice notes). 

I reply to any questions, insights, or thoughts you send me with thoughtful, personalised responses within 24–48 hours (except weekends).

It’s flexible, gentle, and deeply supportive—perfect if you prefer time to process or don’t have capacity for regular Zoom sessions.
Is this like therapy?
No. This program is a coaching program. It is forward-looking and practical; it doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
