This program is delivered via Zoom in live scheduled sessions. You can book your own sessions or I can book them for you. Please note that my time zone is AEST.

Is this like therapy?
No. This program is coaching. It is forward-looking and practical; it doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you’re in crisis, or you need support for trauma or mental health symptoms, I recommend working with a licensed therapist first.
What if I’m not sure which format to choose?
That’s what the free Connection Call is for. We’ll talk about where you’re at and what kind of support feels manageable. There’s no pressure to decide on the call.
What if I fall behind?
This program is designed to be spacious, not stressful. We’ll work at a pace that respects your energy. If you need a reset, we’ll regroup without guilt and choose the next smallest step.
