We define success in hard terms: where you are now, what must change, and how we’ll measure it. We agree your focus areas (e.g. roadmap, stakeholder alignment, delivery flow) and design a simple scorecard. - Coaching Cycles (12 × 50 minutes)
Fortnightly or weekly—your call. Each session follows a simple cadence:
- Check the facts: progress against goals and the scorecard
- Remove friction: one constraint at a time (stakeholders, scope, slicing, ceremonies, risk)
- Decide & commit: a small, testable action with an owner and date
- Enable: tools, scripts, templates, and stakeholder framing you can reuse
