Weeks 1-3 "getting to know you" - focus on revealing the areas that need work and tools to help.
Weeks 4-9 "getting down to business" - life coaching and the "work" really takes hold.
Weeks 10-12 "setting the path ahead" - employ goal setting, create a vision for the future and put it all into a plan that includes daily healthy habits, creating order, living with a positive growth mindset, and using tailored "life work" strategies to move forward.
