How long does the process take?

The container is designed for momentum, not lingering. Most clients move from "Kickoff" to "Roadmap in Hand" within 2–3 weeks.
Because the support is concierge-style (rather than waiting for weekly slots), we move at the speed of your clarity. If you have a busy month, we can extend to 4 weeks, but the goal is to get this implemented, not just talked about.

What do I need to prepare? Do I need to have my ducks in a row?
