SOVEREIGN 2026 – a 12-week group coaching intensive

We have reached an inflection point in our collective awakening. 
The societal structures that have impacted how we live, what we value, 
and the ways we relate are all shifting. 
The conditioned ideologies we’ve been fed about what constitutes 
a fulfilling life, have left us questioning and longing for something more. 
This “something more”  is the integration of the innate wisdom 
that resides within each of us (our intuition)with a tangible set of tools 
that are in direct support of our Soul’s deepest longings into our daily lives. 

I’m excited to announce that I’m launching a custom-created 
12-week group coaching intensive for those seeking community 
and support as they step into the truest version of themselves. 
This program fuses the personal empowerment tools I use with my clients in 1:1 sessions alongside opportunities for processing and having our experiences mirrored in a group container of peers called to this path at this time in history. We will dive into relational energetics – including attachment, family of origin, and masculine and feminine energetics; understanding self-sovereignty as the key to collective healing; and what it means to step into the fullest expression of your Soul’s purpose for this lifetime.

·       recognizing limiting patterns, codependent tendencies, distorted forms thinking and processing

·       identifying where and how you are holding yourself back from your life’s full potential

·       unearthing the origin points of the  limiting beliefs that keep you resistant to standing fully in your power

·       understanding how to balance our innate human need for belonging with the need to release fear based ways of relating to others

·       grounding into a more authentic way of showing up in your community, in your relationships, and in your purpose

·       expanding your understanding of energetics, the practice of reparenting ourselves, personal
empowerment, and grounding into a deeper sense of life purpose

·       you feel stuck in patterns of unfulfilling relationships

·       you’re no longer feeling aligned with the path that’s been expected 
       of you -– but charting a new course feels overwhelming and uncertain

·       you have a strong desire to make an impact with the work 
       you’re doing, but need to get clear about your mission
