What Is Group Coaching?
Group coaching combines the power of personal coaching with the energy of shared learning. It’s a supportive, small-group environment where leaders explore real challenges, gain new insights, and learn from each other’s experiences. You’ll get the individualized attention of one-on-one coaching along with the accountability and connection that only a community can offer.
What To Expect
ELEVATE: A Leadership Growth Experience is a 12-week, peer-based group coaching journey with additional one-on-one support from your coach Angie.
This experience helps leaders align who they are on the inside with how they show up in action — transforming how they think, lead, and connect. Through reflection, practical tools, and community learning, you’ll deepen self-awareness, strengthen communication, and lead through change with clarity and confidence.
The small-group format fosters connection, accountability, and new perspectives among leaders walking a similar path. You’ll gain both the insights and support to elevate your leadership — and walk away with a personalized Leadership Statement that anchors how you lead moving forward.

How big is the group?
The cohort is intentionally small (typically 6–10 participants) to create space for meaningful conversation, personalized feedback, and strong connection.
What if I can't attend every live session?
While live participation is strongly encouraged, sessions are recorded so you can revisit the material or catch up if you miss one.
Do I need prior coaching experience?
Not at all. Whether you’re new to coaching or have worked with a coach before, ELEVATE meets you where you are. You’ll gain tools, insights, and a community that support your growth both personally and professionally.
