Discovery Call — Is This the Right Work for You?


This is not a motivational chat and not a casual consultation.

If pressure is changing how you behave — and you don’t like it — this is where we address it.

I help capable professionals build stability under pressure so they perform effectively.

The purpose of this call is to decide—together—whether my coaching approach and your level of commitment are a good fit.

What Will Happen on the Call (30 minutes)

During our conversation, we will look at: 
  • Where pressure is altering your behaviour or decision-making 
  • What you have already tried
  • Where you keep getting stuck

I will explain how I work and what I expect from clients.
If we both feel the fit is right, we will discuss next steps.
If not, we will part ways respectfully, with clarity.
There is no pressure to decide on the call.

This is structured, evidence-informed work focused on implementation, not inspiration.

It begins with stabilising the nervous system so behaviour becomes effective under pressure.
