Frequently Asked Questions
What is executive coaching?
What is the impact of coaching?
I believe that having a business or life coach will soon be as prevalent as having a fitness coach. Coached people drive greater results whether they are leaders in organizations or in their lives. Building strong communicators, strategic thinkers, and compassionate leaders is my sweet spot.
What are your qualifications, Jenny?
What topics can we cover in coaching?
I often say, “everything is coachable.” We can explore many topics including (but not limited to) your: strengths, values, tolerations, needs, vision, boundaries, self-care, communication, unhooking from praise, limiting beliefs, inner critic, inner mentor, advancing in your career, dealing with difficult people… I could go on and on!
The real take-away here is: if it is important to you and your growth, it is probably a great topic for coaching.
Is coaching confidential?
YES. The coaching relationship is built on trust, mutual respect and confidentiality. As an ICF-certified coach, I follow a code of ethics that I am proud to honor:
"Confidentiality refers to the coach’s duty not to disclose any information obtained during the course of the coaching relationship without the express permission of the client. The right to confidentiality belongs to the client, not to the coach." - ICF Code of Ethics
How will I know if we’re a fit?
I offer a free discovery session to give you a feel for my coaching process and style, and allow you space to discern if we have the chemistry you are looking for. You are in the right place to book a free discovery session.
