Each coaching session helps bring out the potential in a client. This process is done by coaching from the inside out, by connecting the client's inner purpose with their outer goals and strategies to bring about extraordinary and sustainable results, and consciously connecting the client to their thoughts, emotions, and actions.
This package includes
- 2 x coaching sessions per month
- iPEC Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment. The ELI is a researched-backed assessment that provides insights into how you show up in various aspects of your life. The assessment measures your ability to lead yourself and others to take positive, productive, and sustainable action. The ELI produces a tangible result, giving you awareness about who you are and your level of engagement in the world. You will also be able to see your energetic reaction to stress so the you can recognize and if you choose to, consciously modify that response utilizing the 7 Levels of Energy.
