Healing is the Sacred journey of a broken soul being restored to wholeness. These spaces are designed to help you gently process and integrate trauma in real time without having to rehash all the details.

Each circle is lovingly crafted through deep intention and prayer, guided by effective nervous system regulation techniques that support grounding, presence, and safety. Informed by over 20 years of study across faith traditions, philosophy, meditation, breathwork, psychology, science, history, and beyond, every ceremony blends ancient wisdom with modern practice, inviting your soul to rest, reflect, heal, and gently unfold into its most authentic expression.
 

You are gently welcomed into the space with time to arrive, connect, and settle, both with me and with others in the circle. Once everyone has gathered, we ease into ceremony together.

Prayer and connection to the Divine are at the heart of every circle. We honor the Spirit of our Creator in all we do, cultivating an atmosphere of love, light, safety, and wholeness. All faith traditions are welcome, as love is the sacred thread that binds us all.

Each ceremony is guided by rhythm... of music, drum, breath, heart, and energy. We ground through deep breathwork and guided meditation journeys, while neurolinguistic programming gently engages the mind without allowing it to dominate the experience. Drumming supports the release of stagnant energy, and shamanic journeying offers a safe, loving way to meet the subconscious. In this space, the life force held within pain is gently released, allowing restoration, integration, and wholeness to unfold.

Sacred Support Circles are for spiritual individuals seeking deep healing, meaningful connection, and a return to their most authentic self. This is where the work begins, held within a supportive community, while honoring that healing is an ongoing, lived journey.

We are cultivating a safe, loving, intentional community for those devoted to becoming who God created them to be.

Each circle is designed for a specific community with unique needs. You are welcome to attend any circle that feels most aligned with where you are on your path.
