What to Expect
Our one to one sessions will open you up to new insights. This kind of work is best done in a private, distraction free space where you can speak freely. It helps to set aside some time after we finish each session to write, think, or even take a small action step.
We will identify obstacles and opportunities and develop practical solutions to implement. As your action steps become new habits, the focus of our work will shift into maintaining and fine tuning your new habits until they become your new normal. You will complete our 9 months feeling inspired, encouraged, and equipped to continue taking action towards your wellbeing.
How to Prepare
Making the most of our time together starts with preparation. Come to your first session with your questions and thoughts about what isn't working for you. If you have a specific goal in mind that's great. If you don't have a clear goal that’s ok, this 6 month format allows for time to explore what needs to change and even change course a few times. Be ready to think deeply and honestly about your situation.
I suggest having a notebook handy for capturing your insights and action items. This will help you retain and act on the breakthroughs we create together.
