How to Prepare
To make the most of each session, come ready to reflect on your leadership experiences, goals, and the type of school environment where you thrive. Before our first meeting, you’ll complete a brief intake questionnaire and share your current résumé or professional profile to help guide our work. Between sessions, you may be asked to refine materials, reflect on discussion prompts, or practice interview responses.
