Who This is For
This session is designed for motivated individuals who are ready to process stuck trauma or problematic issues by accessing parts of the brain that talking alone can't reach.
We use the field of vision to find and hold trauma stored deep in the brain. Using your multiple senses we process trauma together. As the saying goes the "body bears the burden" or "the issues are in the tissues." With the awareness of your own body (Touch) and your vision (Sight) and the Bio-lateral sound (Hearing) your brain and body can work together to unlock and unravel information, allowing you to create meaningful shifts in thinking, body discomfort, and core beliefs.

Whether you're working through a challenging situation, seeking to reach a deeper level of healing, or simply ready to break free from what's holding you back, this focused Brain Spotting session will help you move forward with more clarity and peace.
What You'll Come Away With
After our time together you will feel relaxed and grounded. It's possible to have understanding of what's really keeping you stuck and how to move forward. You may feel a decreased emotional charge with a painful trigger or memory. You may "make sense" of confusing thoughts and emotions. You may "connect dots" to your personal story, bringing awareness and room for acceptance and change. You may shift limiting core beliefs.
Some large and long standing issues typically take more than one session, such as driving anxiety, major fears or phobias, generalized anxiety and car accidents may take several sessions to get comprehensive change and resolution.
What to Expect
This session goes deep into what's blocking you.
You may cry. A lot. This is normal.
You may have many different body sensations or reflexes as trauma moves through your body.
You may notice some mild vision changes during the session, like mild tunnel vision.
You may feel very tired later that day. I suggest you listen to your body and rest or take a nice walk, drink plenty of water and finally take an Epsom salt bath that night.
You may have a slight headache. This is not typical but it can happen and we can adjust your next session to a form that may be more gentle for your eyes and not cause straining.
You may have vivid dreams for a few day after our session.
Your brain will continue to unravel the trauma or issue in the days following, so you may have more insights or breakthroughs.

How to Prepare
Making the most of our time together starts with preparation. Come to the session with a specific topic in mind that you'd like to work on.
1. Be ready to let you body and mid brain do the work. Typically in a coaching session the pre-frontal cortex or thinking brain is engaged. For Brain Spotting it will be necessary to drop into your own body and allow your mid or sub-cortical brain to do the processing. Less thinking and more feeling and noticing.

2. Have a quiet comfortable space and chair with no or little interruptions.
3. Have a favorite essential oil to breathe in before and after to engage your sense of smell. Lemon, bergamot, cedar and lavender are great for before and after.
4. Have your Bio-Lateral or Bi-lateral sound of your liking ready and available to use.
5. Have tissues and water at your side.
6. Have a notebook handy for capturing your insights at the end of the session. This will help you retain and act on the breakthroughs.
