Lindsey was absolutely phenomenal in supporting him not just with his learning, but also as his advocate at school. She ensured that his needs were heard, we were shared relevant information/requests for available/potentially applicable services, and all stakeholders were communicating off/online to best facilitate his learning.
As a result of working with Lindsey, he is striving in the classroom, Learning Support Program and out-of-school programs but it is not without its challenges. And it is during those times that we appreciate Lindsey more.
