Career Mentoring Package (6 sessions)
Six sessions across 8 weeks
The first session will determine your goals and the focus for each of the following sessions, which can cover: career interests/motivations/values, career and development planning, job search strategies, optimising LinkedIn, resume and job applications, building confidence and interview skills, personal brand, networking and understanding the hidden job market.
Tailored to you and can include advice and coaching on:
- Career plan (e.g. goals, motivators, strengths, values)
- Job search strategy
- Communication tools (CV, LinkedIn, Profiles)
- Interviewing and speaking with Hiring Managers/Recruiters
- Having career conversations
- Branding, Networking, Small Business set-up
- Onboarding to a new role or industry
This package includes
You will receive:
- 6 coaching sessions (recorded) delivered via zoom
- Access to resources, tools and latest job market information
- Email support and follow up in between
- Additional sessions, if required, at $250 + GST per session
