Our discovery call is a relaxed, confidential conversation where you'll have the space to share your aspirations and challenges. We'll discuss what you'd like to achieve and what might be standing in your way. I'll listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions to help you gain clarity about your goals. 

I'll explain how ADHD/Autism/AuDHD coaching works and how it differs to any other type of coaching. You'll tell me a bit about you, I'll tell you a bit about me, and we'll see if we're a good fit.

While I'll share how I might be able to support your journey, there will be absolutely no pressure to make any decisions during our call. Instead, I'll offer helpful suggestions for your next steps, whether that includes working with me or exploring other options. My goal is for you to leave the call feeling heard, understood, and empowered with a clearer path forward.
