What Is Group Coaching?
In group coaching, I work with several clients simultaneously, facilitating discussions and activities to achieve common goals.
Our focus is on each individual’s personal development within the collective. Each participant benefits from shared experiences and mutual support. Your outcome will be enriched by the group’s combined wisdom and encouragement.
What to Expect
In our eight group sessions held over Zoom, we will:
- Use discussions and hands-on exercises
- Share check-ins and provide feedback to one another
- Review and reflect to celebrate individual and group achievements
- Define next steps and action items
