In a time when the world around us is deeply disrupted and rapidly changing, this is an invitation to explore perspectives and practices that can help us think clearly, act wisely, and cultivate our presence as leaders.

During each small-group conversation and over the course of the series, we'll walk a spiral that leads from awareness and intention to experimentation and action. The topics and practices, inspired by the work of Joanna Macy and James Baraz, are founded on real life experiences and centuries-old wisdom.

  • Loss, conflict, and the many ways things go wrong
  • Compassion in an era of painkillers
  • Gratitude and what gets in the way
  • Where and how we direct our intention
  • Finding joy in small moments
  • The challenge and gift of presence

My intention is for you to come away from each session with practical tools and insights, feeling better able to navigate life's storms and savour its joys. This grounding can enable you to be more present for yourself and others, and increase your capacity as a leader, whatever your role.

During this free introductory session, we'll create the context for these conversations and explore the role of intention in a world where things go wrong.
