Unpack why anger is such a vitally important emotion. Reframe disempowering messages you received through a feminist lens. And load you up with practical skills to: hear what your anger is saying to you, express it in a healthy way, & take action on your own behalf — by expressing your needs, making requests, & setting empowered boundaries.

STRUCTURE:


When you sign up, you'll receive the first class. Three days later you'll receive the 2nd class. From there on, you'll receive a class each week for the next 7 weeks. 

You may want to binge this. But I promise there's a LOT in each class & you'll appreciate having time to let the info integrate.

Between 16 hrs of recorded classes & thought provoking self-reflection exercises that accompany each video — this class will help you take a SOLID step forward in trusting your anger & knowing how to set effective boundaries.


THE 8 CLASSES:


Week 1 — You deserve to be protected
Despite what patriarchy taught you, you did not come here to exist for others & make sure they're comfortable 24/7. You are a sovereign, adult woman who deserves to have a healthy life, on your terms.

Week 2 — The boundary process
Boundaries aren't black & white. They're a multi-step process that starts with being attuned to your instincts, listening to what you truly need, & then bringing that forward in a way that's effective & sets things right. 

Week 3 — Creating a healthy relationship with your anger
It's time to make friends with your anger — aka. your inner sense of justice & protector — & learn how to express it effectively. 

Week 4 — Authenticity vs. Attachment
Anger asks you to change things to honor your true needs. But if your sense of security comes from keeping things as they are... then things get complicated.     

Week 5 — Needs + Requests
Owning your needs & making clear requests seems simple enough. But for many women it's the hardest part of this class because it goes directly against the other-oriented way we were taught to be. But practice makes perfect so in this class we'll work out the kinks so speaking up for can flow with more ease.

Week 6 — Requests —> Boundaries!
When you make a clear request & someone says no, it's time to set boundaries!

Week 7  — YOU decide how things go in your life
You decide how things go in your life & who gets to have access to you based on how much resonance you feel towards them. Everyone & their mama has an opinion about how you should live, but being great partners to ourselves means we need to be the authorities of our lives. 

Week 8 — Owning your standards
What are your standards? When is a situation workable & when is it time to call it? How do you complete a relationship? In this class we'll put the finishing touches on the boundary process & integrate our vastly refined understanding of anger & boundaries.

I'm an advocate for women to get free from the codependent, good-girl conditioning that has us looking for security in others. And a guide supporting women to cultivate a solid sense of ground within.
