Core Focus: The DiSC Map. A fun, fast introduction to the DiSC model. You'll learn the D, i, S, C roadmap to "people-read" others, and we will reveal your Core Style and authentic motivators.

Session 2: DON'T PLAY CHESS WITH A PIGEON (90 min)

Core Focus: The Pigeon Diagnostic. We dive deep into your personal results to unmask your Kryptonite and identify the behaviors of the "Pigeon" (chaos-creators) in your life. You get custom-built strategies to protect your "chessboard," minimize loss, and achieve more peaceful relationships in every context.

1. Assessment is Required: You must complete the proprietary Everything DiSC online behavioral assessment at least 48 hours before Session 1.
