What This Is
This is a series of short, 15-minute sessions where we simply sit together in a quiet, grounded space.
There’s nothing to talk through or figure out. You don’t have to hold it all on your own.
We don’t rush. We don’t fix.
We simply sit, allowing your body to soften and your nervous system to begin feeling safe again in connection, gently supporting regulation over time.
While it is not necessary to enroll in other experiences to receive value from this offering, I highly suggest completing the Embodied Stability 3-Course Bundle or, at minimum, the foundational From Stuck to Safe mini-course.
What This Supports
This space is for you if you’ve been:

We meet in short, consistent sessions, creating a rhythm your body can rely on. Each time, you’re invited to:

- notice what’s present in your body
- breathe, feel, and gently stay with yourself
Sometimes we speak. Often we don’t need to. Both are equally supportive.
Over time, your system begins to recognize: it’s safe to be here and safe to be with yourself.
