What You'll Come Away With
Across 20 sessions, you’ll explore what it feels like to move below the threshold of struggle into a pace that supports healing without added pressure. It’s a chance to ground your day, honor your limits, and experiment with practices that bring you back to your body in a way that feels like coming home.
After a slow, relaxing 75 minutes, you'll come away feeling connected with yourself and have a better idea of how to meet the unique needs of your body.
We'll develop sustainable strategies customized for your specific challenges, and you'll leave with an action plan for the future.
What to Expect
Every session follows a gentle framework inspired by Inner Relationship Focusing and the work of Ann Weiser Cornell. Focusing is a gentle process of coming in, making contact, deepening contact, and coming out.
As you share, I listen for both your words and your body cues. When I notice a moment of tension, emotion, or tightening, I’ll gently invite us to pause there to soften. This may include breath work, small movement, stillness, or somatic expression.
Before we close, we explore what shifted and what it means. You’ll leave with a clear idea of ways to bring that shift into your daily life as support.

How to Prepare
Making the most of our time together starts with preparation. For virtual sessions, you'll need to be settled and comfortable in a confidential setting where others can't hear and you won't be bothered during the session.
I suggest having a notebook handy for remembering your insights and action items. This will help you retain and act on the breakthroughs we create together.
