Each session begins with a full chakra scan to understand where your energy feels blocked, depleted, or overwhelmed. From there, the healing unfolds intuitively depending on what your system needs most in the moment.

Do I need to own crystals for this session?
No. I use my own practitioner crystals during your distance crystal healing session. You’re welcome to hold a crystal if you have one, but it’s not required.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. A blanket, headphones, or soft lighting can help you relax, but nothing special is needed.
What happens during the session?
We begin with grounding and checking in. I tune into your energy, scan your chakras, and create a crystal layout based on what your body, emotions, or soul needs most. You simply rest, breathe, and allow the healing to unfold.
Will I feel anything during the session?
Everyone is different. Some people feel warmth, tingles, emotions releasing, or deep calm. Others simply feel relaxed. There’s no right or wrong.
What if I get emotional or overwhelmed?
You’re always held gently. Sessions are paced slowly and safely. If emotions rise, we ground together and continue only at a pace that feels right for you.
Can this replace medical care or therapy?
No. Online crystal healing is supportive and complementary. It works beautifully alongside medical treatment, therapy, or other forms of care.
Is Reiki included?
Yes. I weave Reiki into the crystal work when it supports your energy, but I don’t offer Reiki as a standalone service.
Can I rebook future sessions?
Absolutely. Many clients book regular sessions for grounding, clarity, emotional balance, or ongoing energy support.
