Is this the same as ongoing coaching?
No. This is a focused 6-week engagement designed to create clarity and give you tools you can use on your own. Many clients continue into my 12-week Executive Clarity Coaching program afterward, but there's no obligation.
What if I need or want more than 6 weeks?
After the intensive, you can transition into my 12-week coaching program (structured or retainer format). But let's start with 6 weeks and see what you need.
Can I expense this through my company?
Many executives do. You'll receive an invoice and receipt for your records that you can submit for reimbursement.
What if I can't make one of my scheduled sessions?
We'll reschedule. Life happens. The 6-week timeline is flexible within reason—we can extend if needed.
Do I need to prepare anything before we start?
Minimal prep. You'll complete a brief intake form (5-7 minutes) when you enroll so I can understand your current situation before our first session. That's it.
How do I schedule my sessions?
After you enroll, you'll receive a booking link to schedule all three sessions at times that work for you. Sessions are bi-weekly, so you'll book Week 1, Week 3, and Week 5.
What if this doesn't feel like the right fit after our first session?
If after Session 1 you feel this isn't working, I'll refund the remaining sessions (prorated). I only want to work with clients I'm confident I can help.
I'm not sure if I'm "senior enough" for this. How do I know if I qualify?
