There’s no cost to your school, and we help your students get started.
Great coaches shouldn’t get stuck on the business setup.
Your students leave your program prepared to coach. But many still struggle to turn that training into a working practice.
They need a website. A way for clients to book and pay. Contracts, packages, scheduling, and all the other administrative pieces that stand between certification and a first paying client.
Paperbell brings those pieces together, so your coaches can spend less time assembling software and more time doing the work they trained for.
How the partnership works
- Your students receive free access to Paperbell during the period we agree on together
- They can set up their coaching practice in just a couple of hours
- Paperbell helps them manage their website, packages, scheduling, payments, contracts, and clients in one place
- We support your students through the setup process, so there’s very little for your team to manage
- After their free access ends, students can continue with Paperbell for $57 per month or $570 per year
At typical coaching rates, many coaches can cover that monthly cost with just a fraction of one paid session.
What your school gains
- A practical benefit for your students. You can offer more than training, you can give your students a clear path to launching their practice.
- Stronger graduate outcomes. When coaches launch sooner, your school has more success stories and testimonials to share.
- A more complete program. Paperbell helps bridge the gap between learning how to coach and building a coaching business.
- Almost no additional work. There’s no cost to your school, and our team helps your students get set up.
- Additional visibility. Once 100 students from your school have signed up for paid Paperbell accounts, we’ll publish an article featuring your program.
A partnership where everyone benefits
Your school gives students a valuable launch tool. Your coaches gain a simpler way to start taking clients. Paperbell has the opportunity to earn their business only after the free period, and only if they decide it continues to be useful.
That’s the whole model. No hidden catch and no complicated commitment for your school.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why do training schools partner with Paperbell?
Your program teaches students how to become excellent coaches. Paperbell helps them turn that training into a working practice.
Instead of spending months piecing together a website, scheduler, payment system, contracts, and client records, students can set everything up in one place, often within a couple of hours.
This helps graduates start working with clients sooner while giving your school a practical benefit that supports stronger student outcomes.
2. Is Paperbell right for our students?
Paperbell is designed for coaches and consultants who offer one-on-one sessions, group programs, short courses, or digital content.
If your graduates need to book clients, collect payments, send contracts and forms, manage packages, or keep session notes, Paperbell brings those tools together in one place.

3. What do students receive, and for how long?
Students receive full access to Paperbell for three to six months. Your school chooses the length of the free period.
Access includes:
- A simple coaching website
- Scheduling and client emails
- Packages and payment collection
- Contracts and forms
- Client records and session notes
You can also choose whether the free period begins during training or at graduation. We usually recommend starting it near the end of training, so students still have free access when they begin taking on clients.
4. What does Paperbell cost after the free period?
Continued access costs $57 per month or $570 per year. Paperbell does not add VAT or take a percentage of what your graduates earn.
The only optional or third-party costs are:
- A custom domain for $5 per month or $60 per year
- A Zoom premium subscription, if they prefer it to the free Google Meet option
- Stripe or PayPal processing fees, charged directly by those providers
We do not mark up payment processing fees. At typical coaching rates, many graduates can cover the monthly subscription with part of a single paid session.
5. Will students be charged automatically?
Yes. Payment details are collected when a student activates their free access, and the account converts to a paid subscription when the free period ends.
We want that process to be completely clear:
- Students receive a reminder one month before their first charge
- They receive another reminder one week before the charge
- The reminders clearly state the renewal date and price
- If someone is charged after forgetting to cancel, we provide a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days
We will also share the exact signup and renewal language with your school before launch, so you can confirm that the terms are clear for your students.
6. What happens if a graduate does not continue?
Nothing is automatically deleted when the free period ends.
Graduates can still sign in and view their client records, notes, contracts, forms, and appointment history.
Their public-facing tools are paused, which means their website goes offline and they can no longer accept new clients or message clients through Paperbell.

If they decide to move to another system, our support team will help them export their data.
7. What support do students receive, and what does our school need to do?
Your school’s role is intentionally simple. You introduce Paperbell to your students, and we handle the setup and support.
Students receive:
- A complete onboarding video covering the platform in under an hour
- Four weekly small group sessions where they can ask questions live
- Access to our support team for anything else they need
We can also provide ready-to-use materials for your emails, student portal, or course content.
There is no cost to your school and very little for your team to manage.
