This session is ideal when talk alone hasn’t been enough and your body is holding emotions such as stress, grief, anger, frustration, or burnout. Through a brief coaching conversation, a full emotional-release 9D Breathwork journey, and short integration, this experience supports you in processing what’s been building so you can regain clarity, balance, and internal steadiness.
