Program Overview
This multi-touch DISC communication program combines a customized assessment based on your industry and needs, virtual facilitation and a virtual follow-up reinforcement workshop to ensure behavior change sticks on the jobsite.

It is set to improve communication, reduce friction between team members, and create a shared language that helps teams work faster, cleaner, and with less friction.

Program Timeline (Suggested)

Step #1 – Assessment
 
Timeframe depends on your calendar and availability: Employees complete the DISC assessment prior to virtual training.

Step #2 – Workshop #1 (Virtual): Scheduled approximately two weeks after assessments are completed.

Step #3 – Workshop #2 (Virtual Follow-Up)
 
Timeframe depends on your calendar and availability (1 to 2 months after Workshop #1): 60-minute virtual follow-up workshop focused on reinforcing behaviors, reviewing real on the job experiences, and adjusting communication strategies based on each employees DISC Bird type.

What’s Included:

1) DISC Assessment (Pre-Workshop)
Neutral DISC assessment completed prior to the workshop with aggregated insights used to tailor facilitation.

2) Workshop #1 – Virtual (90–120 Minutes)
On-site facilitation for up to 25 employees including Bird-style DISC framework, fencing-specific examples, breakout activities, and take-home reference materials.

3) Workshop #2 – Virtual Follow-Up (60 Minutes)
Scheduled preferably 30 to 45 days after Workshop #1 to reinforce behaviors and address real on the job scenarios.
