If any prescription therapies are ordered, your care is supported through a virtual consultation with a licensed Physician or Nurse Practitioner, ensuring safe, individualized oversight throughout your program. No! This program can be done completely virtually. If you’re local to NH, in-home sessions are available for an enhanced hands-on experience.
How far apart should I book my sessions?

How does the payment plan work?
You'll be charged in 6 payments of $500 each; the charges will happen automatically on the same date of the month of your original charge.
What happens after the 6 months are complete?
You can transition into the Sustain & Support Membership for continued check-ins, supplement updates, Nutrition and Fitness guidance and support and accountability at a discounted monthly rate.
Are supplements or labs covered by insurance?
No, these are not covered by insurance, but if you have an FSA/HSA you may use that with your supplements. Your Baseline labs and 6 month lab set is covered under the program at no extra charge as well as your Full Organ Detox Regimen. All recommendations are tailored to your needs through Functional Diagnostic Nutritional assessment and offered at exclusive client-only pricing through Optimal Health Systems Farm to Family Supplements.
Can I pause or reschedule sessions if needed?
Yes, flexibility is built in. You can reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice to accommodate travel or unexpected changes.
