For your session, we will meet via Google Meet. We will discuss what's going on with you and what your goal for your session will be. Then you'll get comfortable to receive Reiki energy. I'll verbally walk you through breathwork, grounding, centering, and more energy techniques personalized to your needs. I'll teach you about your energy body, chakras, and Reiki energy. The Reiki session will calm you, balance your chakras, and get you more in tune with yourself on an energetic level. Every session is as unique as you are in this moment!

- Schedule the session so you can experience it in a time/place where you won't be distracted or disturbed. Pets love Reiki, so yours may congregate near you for you session.
- The session will relax you, so make sure you can be somewhere comfortable and private.
- I can conduct the session verbally; you don't need to turn on your camera.
- Try to relax before your session if you can by avoiding news, junk food, too much caffeine or stimulants, and taking a moment to breathe, center, and visualize the outcome you want.
- Be prepared to want to nap, drink water, or eat post-session! Hunger, thirst, and drowsiness are commonly experienced post-session.
