Across four sessions, we’ll:

- Address the relational, emotional, and structural dynamics involved
- Identify where trust has fractured or become strained
- Develop clear strategies, language, and next steps for resolution
This is not ongoing coaching. It’s a contained, intentional process designed to help you move through something complex with clarity and steadiness.

This engagement adapts to the urgency and emotional bandwidth of the situation. We meet for four private 60–90 minute sessions, with pacing that matches the intensity:
- Acute crisis: 2 sessions/week
- Moderate urgency: 1 session/week
- Slow-burn complexity: every 10 days
