- Walk through my book, Graceful Reflections: 7 Days of Self-Discovery and Spiritual Realignment for Women, over 7 weeks, exploring one devotional day per week
- Flow directly into the 4-week Renew H.E.R. course, making this a 12-week guided healing journey
- During our first session, we review your intake questionnaire to personalize your coaching experience
- Weekly one-on-one sessions, customized to your pace and goals
Each session helps you:

- Identify and break unhealthy cycles
- Implement practical strategies for lasting healing
- Establish boundaries and protect your peace
- Take actionable steps toward living the life God planned for you
