What to Expect
Each group session meets virtually every other Wednesday at 1 pm. In your first session, you'll have the opportunity to introduce yourself and share as little or as much of your situation with other group members. We'll identify key obstacles and opportunities around a specific theme (boundaries, toxic patterns, etc.), then develop practical solutions you can implement immediately. You'll leave the session feeling energized, encouraged, and equipped with everything you need to take meaningful action.

From there, each session builds on your progress, with a check-in, goal review, and action plan. These sessions provide crucial opportunities to reflect on what’s working, and what we need to tweak. Our twice-monthly sessions will ground you and energize you to keep moving forward.

How to Prepare for the First Session
Making the most of our time together starts with preparation. Come to the session with a specific long-term challenge or goal in mind. Be ready to think deeply and honestly about your situation.

I suggest having a notebook handy for capturing your insights and action items. This will help you retain and act on the breakthroughs we create together.

No. You are always in control of what you share. You’re welcome to participate quietly, listen, journal, or engage in ways that feel comfortable for you. There is no pressure to speak before you’re ready.
Is group coaching confidential?
Yes. Creating a safe and respectful space is a top priority. All participants agree to confidentiality so everyone can show up with honesty and care. While no group space can guarantee absolute confidentiality, strong boundaries and expectations are clearly set and upheld.
How is group coaching different from individual sessions?
Group coaching offers the added support of shared experience—you’ll learn not only from guidance and teaching, but also from hearing others’ stories and insights. Many women find deep healing in realizing they are not alone, while still receiving thoughtful, trauma-informed support.
