What To Expect
We'll use our first sessions to assess where you are, what your goals are, and the best process for me to support you getting there.

From there, we’ll map out a concrete plan for you to take action in several different areas. Each session, we’ll reflect on your progress, reevaluate our approach as necessary, and ultimately give you the space and confidence to build the life you’re dreaming of.

How to Prepare for the First Session
Making the most of our time together starts with preparation. Come to the session with a specific challenge or goal in mind that you'd like to work on. Be ready to think deeply and honestly about your situation.
