It’s a small group coaching experience based on John C. Maxwell’s book *The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth*, designed to help participants intentionally grow both personally and professionally through guided discussion and accountability
Who is this group for?
This mastermind is for individuals who are ready to invest in personal growth—leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to grow with purpose and direction.
Is this in-person or virtual?
It can be either. Please check the current format when you sign up.
How long is the program?
The mastermind runs for 8 weeks, with one session per week lasting approximately 90 minutes.
I noticed that I pay upfront? How do I get my book and other materials?
Yes, you do pay upfront.
You will receive your book and facilitator's guide at our first meeting on Thursday, February 12th.

You will receive your copy from either USPS, UPS, or I will have Amazon ship it directly to you, depending on shipping prices.

What if I already have the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth book?
If you already have the book, you will still receive a new copy. You can either decline the new copy or take and give it away. The 8-week course will remain at $199 whether you accept or decline a new copy of the book.
How many people are in the group?
Groups are intentionally kept small (4–12 people) to allow for deeper conversation, trust, and connection.
Do I need to read the book before each session?
No. However, reading the weekly-assigned chapters will help you better prepare for our group discussions.
What if I miss a session? Are the sessions recorded?
It's okay - Life happens. A missed session won't leave you behind. Recap materials are provided, and a short check-in can be arranged if needed.

Is this a Bible study?
