ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Reece Leonetti is a Reiki Master Teacher, Executive Coach, and founder of Body Mind Energy Transformations. For over 23 years, she has trained and mentored hundreds of students in Reiki and energy-based healing.

What is REIKI?
is a natural system of healing that can be done anywhere, anytime and by anyone who is trained or attuned by a Reiki Master teacher. It is extremely relaxing and can help one deal with emotional and physical pain. It is a wonderful compliment to Western Medicine.
What are side affects of receiving Reiki?
There are typically not negative side effects when receiving Reiki. Generally people feel calm, relieved, and as though a weight has been lifted off of their shoulders after receiving Reiki.
What will I feel when receiving Reiki?
It is different for everyone. Some people feel a tingly sensations, warmth, as though a warm blanket has been placed over them, or as if there are multiple hands laying on their arms, legs and torso. Some people will go into a deep sense of relaxation and may fall into a deep healing sleep.
