In our sessions we'll look to support both the tissues of the physical body as well as the emotional, energetic and archetypal bodies . We'll gently peel back the layers and try to tap into the patterns that may be held in the tissues and see what herbs, remedies and flower essences along with visualization and mindset techniques might be best.
After your first session, you can book our Follow Up sessions for check in's on how a remedy is doing or for additional guidance, modified remedies or other supports.
