Biofeedback is a fantastic way to assess, train, and monitor your attention and focus. The purpose of this course is to develop your awareness of sensing subtle changes occurring in your body, mind, and emotions. With this skill you become very powerful at managing your stress and extremely resilient should you need to deal with life's challenges. Your ability to self-regulate moves from that of REACTionary to that of RESPONDsiblity, puting  you in the driver's seat of your own life.

What to Expect:
In our four group sessions, you will: 
  • Assess Awareness: Use Biofeedback devices to become very aware of how your attention wonders, and sensing how to bring yourself back.  
  • Tune In: Practise focusing your attention on your internal environment to be able to detect and identify subtle sensations or feelings. This will help you to monitor and regulate emotions and thoughts that may arise.
  • Refining Choice: Understand the stress response and how your perception of your situation changes the chemistry in the body.
  • Observing Practise: Intentionally conduct yourself according to your desirable outcomes while observing the effect you are having on your environment, both internally and externally, and within your relationships.
