I am a parent am interested in coaching for my adult child. Who joins this call?
Discovery calls can take place in a few different ways, depending on the situation:
- With the coaching client and parent(s) together
- With the coaching client one-on-one
In some cases, I may also speak separately with parent(s) or sponsors to understand their perspective and goals. However, coaching will not begin without first speaking directly with the person who would be coached and confirming their interest in moving forward.
