You learn practical somatic tools to ground and resource yourself before high-stakes moments. These are techniques you can use immediately.
L — Lead Through Tension
We practice regulating mid-trigger: staying present in conflict, holding your ground, and moving through discomfort without self-abandonment.
M — Master Presence
You leave with a personalized regulation tool tailored to your nervous system — your embodied leadership anchor for real-life pressure.

You'll work with me in one 90-minute private session, focused on one situation or trigger. We'll map your body's signals and nervous system response pattern in real time, and you'll experience embodied awareness as it happens.
